SPORTmind provides mental-performance coaching, educational content, courses, workshops, private coaching, community programs, and related resources for athletes, coaches, parents, teams, and other individuals.

SPORTmind does not guarantee specific results, rankings, victories, income, scholarships, or other outcomes. Your results depend on many factors, including your preparation, decisions, participation, and personal circumstances.

2. Eligibility and Minors

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing or participating in a SPORTmind service.

The website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent.

3. Purchases and Cancellations

Prices, payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund conditions, and program details will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable enrollment agreement. Those specific terms form part of these Terms and control if there is any conflict.

Any recurring membership or subscription will continue until canceled according to the conditions disclosed when purchased. Renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be presented as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase or enrollment agreement, constitute the agreement between you and SPORTmind concerning the website and services.

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
