Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to www.toniofernandez.com, operated by SPORTmind, Inc. ("SPORTmind," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply to purchases of our coaching services, workshops, online courses, memberships, and other educational products.
By purchasing any SPORTmind product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the immediate access provided to digital courses, downloadable resources, videos, and other digital materials, all sales of digital products are generally final.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales or checkout page, digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Workshops and Live Programs
Enrollment in a SPORTmind workshop or live program reserves a place in a limited-capacity event.
If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Transfer your registration to a future workshop or program;
- Provide credit toward another SPORTmind service; or
- Offer another reasonable solution where appropriate.
Refund requests for workshops and live programs will be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed unless otherwise required by law.
3. Private Coaching
Private coaching sessions require reserved time and preparation.
Once coaching has begun, fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate coaching agreement.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to courses, memberships, coaching services, or other purchased programs until payments are brought current.
5. Waiting Lists
Joining a waiting list does not guarantee enrollment or reserve a place in a future workshop, course, or coaching program.
SPORTmind reserves the right to determine enrollment availability, pricing, scheduling, and participant selection for future offerings.
6. Cancellations by SPORTmind
SPORTmind reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel any program, workshop, coaching session, or event due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, force majeure, or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
If SPORTmind cancels a paid event, participants may be offered one or more of the following:
- A transfer to a future event;
- Credit toward another SPORTmind program; or
- A refund of the amount paid for the cancelled event.
SPORTmind is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.
7. Promotional Pricing
Promotional pricing, discounts, bonus offers, and early-bird rates are available only during the stated promotional period.
Price differences resulting from future promotions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or price adjustments.
8. Chargebacks
If you have questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently whenever possible.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time when reasonably necessary.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice.
Your continued use of our website or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
