Pay attention to your energy
Dec 18, 2021Energy is a very big concept….is the capacity to work and it touches basically every aspect of our lives. By the way, all high performers I have the opportunity to be around, have had a lot of energy, so it must be important to understand how energy works. If you are up to big accomplishments, you need a lot of energy.
Energy: In physics, energy is the quantitative property that must be transferred to an object in order to perform work on, or to heat, the object. Energy is a conserved quantity; the law of conservation of energy states that energy can be converted in form, but not created or destroyed.
